WAIVER
Lots of folks have already filled out the waiver - in case you have not please ask your players' parents/guardians to complete the event waiver form linked here: CTM 2018 Waiver
 

REGISTRATION
Each team should plan on arriving at least 30 minutes prior to its first game. Coaches or team managers should stop at the registration tent upon arrival to:

  • confirm your team’s attendance (hand in the registration form)
  • pay your registration fee if not already paid,
  • hand in insurance certificates
  • deliver your signed waivers, and
  • receive any last-minute information.
PLAYING FORMAT - Junior & Senior

First Junior games start at 8:30 AM and end at 6:00 PM. First Senior games start at 8:30 AM and end at 5:30 PM. 

  • Games will start every half hour thereafter.
  • Games will run for a continuous single period of 25 minutes each with a 5-minute break between games.
  • One long horn will start each game and two long horns will signify the end of a game.
  • Substitutes will be on the fly without the use of horns to avoid confusion.
PLAYING FORMAT - Bantam
Bantam games run 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Please note that we are playing 7 vs 7 (1 Goalkeeper and 6 field players). All US Lacrosse rules apply - with some modifications.

VENDING & CONCESSIONS
Food: We will have a full concession stand on site for everyone's enjoyment. In addition, there is a strict "No Grill" policy at Mt. Greylock High School. 
 
Apparel & Gear: The following vendors will be on-site: Reynolds/BSN, Fine Designs (T-Shirt) and Grass Slides. 
 
FACILITY:
Construction: Please note - Mt Greylock High School is under renovation and there will be "active" construction going on during tomorrow's event. Please, do NOT go into any construction area and be cautious of construction machines and vehicles. Also, please forgive our appearance. 
 
Parking: Parking will be at a premium tomorrow. Please inform your parents that carpooling would be a good decision. There are some nearby parking options to consider; Green River Farm and Margaret Lindley Park.

The following lists information, rules, directions and a schedule for the 8th Annual Conquer the Mountain Youth Lacrosse Jamboree (Sat May 12th - 13th, 2018):

Location:
All games will be played on the campus of Mt. Greylock Regional High School, 1781 Cold Spring Road, Williamstown, Massachusetts.

Game Format:
First games start at 8:00 a.m. with final games for 3rd/4th grade ending around 3:00PM and final games for 5th/6th & 7th/8th grade ending at 7:00PM.

  • All 3rd/4th grade (Bantam/Lightning) games will be played on a smaller field in a 7 vs 7 format.

Food Concessions/Vendors/Medical:

  • There will be a food concessions tent located near the registration tent serving great food all day long – breakfast food as well as lunch food; burgers, hot dogs, baked goods, sausage peppers, snacks, drinks – we pride ourselves in a great concession stand. We hope you enjoy! (please ask your parents to support our concession efforts and be sure to mention our school does not allow for grilling on premises other than what has been already approved by the administration).
  • No grills!
  • Reynolds Team Sales will be selling lax gear at the jamboree.
  • There will be an EMT present at the jamboree.

Schedule:
Each team will be scheduled for at least 3 games; some teams have 4 games. You can count on at least one morning game and one afternoon game.

Cost: Boys: $135.00 per team, Girls: $100.00 per team.
